Anthazar I could prove to my wife i didnt fool around with the waitress that greeted me as hon. But the question is did she believe me? And more importantly if Sec believes it or agrees with said proof is there some action that can be taken to both publicly exonerate Pred and not penalize shareholders in the process. Ie a swift move back to trading or do you prefer no trading until some type of uplist scenario unfolds. If true i think that would harm current shareholders for quite some time . Please elaborate . I think a public disclosure that pred is exonerated and the things that were announced were actually REAL that a substantial move in the stock would occur with Pred being in the fight against Pred being the locution not the fight vs HB any longer. If things play out that way it would be a wasted opportunity to be penalized in such a way when Pred is part of the opportunity and it could have opened the window to nas nyse etc and allowed the company important funding opportunities. I can understand as an insider maybe seeing the value possibilities but we has shareholders dont have much to hang our hat on except a message board filled with all sorts of inuendo .
