Sure sure. Sharp worked for FINRA. He is still consulting with them but on an unofficial capacity. He mentions stocks that are being pumped and says they may get halted - only to be halted days later. His success rate for calling halted stocks is very good. You may not like him. He may be messing with your crappy stock, but you cannot deny his success rate.
