are they not allowing you to BUY...or are they just not allowing you to buy online??? I was in a stock that had online buying restrictions on it...it has fallen over %50 since then...AMTD can be some crooked bastages...you call them and ask about the restrictions...and they will tell you that it is to protect investors from "suspicious trading activty"...they basically bash the stock and then no one wants to buy it anymore...
