If there was a bunch of share selling as you call it, which I'll refer to as dilution from here on out, then you would see a decrease in accumulation as new stock was entering the market. The spread is large quite often which is a clear indication of no dilution. Market makers will play both sides and keep the spread tight when that are distributing paper in the market. You could totally be correct about the management but the evidence of share selling is non existent at this point. I'd say the majority of the debt is friendly and being held onto tightly for future developments down the road.
