ANYONE WHO HELD DIGI WOULD KNOW: 1) Digifonca never held any patents! 2) If Digifonca never held patent, it would be a miracle for VPLM to buy patents from Digi! 3) VPLM owns Digi! 4) Being awarded a patent is a process which involves making application for a patent, finishing the patent application process, then, if successful, a patent is granted/awarded and issued!

If VPLM only amounts to its patents, which it does, common sense dictates a $22mm market cap(market determined) is proof the patents aren't worthless. Oh, before Emil/the patents, VPLM had a market cap of $1or 2mm...
