Knowing that the company misled investors on Anshu's payment of shares as well as the convertible debt, I was surprised that nothing was said about AR, Inventory, Sales, calling conversion of shares as income... by the former auditor. Then I read the following statement:

With respect to all other matters, we have no basis to either agree or disagree with the statements made therein.

They never completed the audit, so they don't need to comment on the above.
