Quote: Here is something else to think about. In the past there were few wrecks that had been found. If I were to use a metal detector on an old property where nobody had used one, of course I could find all kinds of stuff! Blind folded!

What an insult to those who made the discoveries. Like a apple tree just loaded with fruit allowing easy pickings off the low branches. Right? Those previously mentioned shipwrecks (all found with magnetometers) were located in vary remote and dangerous places through out the Western Hemisphere. Dedicated professional men with knowledge and experience found them. Hardly to be compared to some metal detector enthusiast scanning some old property even blind folded as you put it. Ridiculous. Professionals find, and continue to find shipwrecks with magnetometers. Fifteen years and counting, SFRX has found nothing. A treasure hunting company that has never discovered a colonial period shipwreck, never worked a shipwreck, never recovered substantial treasure and artifacts and surprisingly, apparently has no one working for them of merit who did.
