Saturday musings.

I hope everyone is well. I’m sending a lot of positive rumblings both here and in the ether regarding the sec situation. I 100% believe the suspension will be lifted on the 5th and that’s really good news as it means the company was vindicated and nothing will be pursued.

Unfortunately that’s where the good news ends, I don’t see any way given finra rule 15c211 that we don’t end up on the grey and have to reuplist which could take months. I’m a long and bullish but unless somebody can show me differently, the technicality gets us.

On a positive, I believe the company is executing, will get product in, will get an EUA but we won’t be able to trade the stock.

That’s my take. Bitter sweet at best
