I'm really digging deeper and deeper here and I'm impressed. I am also seeing with my own eyes and understanding what has been going on here and why. Normally all it takes is a hint at the word, reverse split, would send pink stocks spiralling lower. In this case, the company cleaned up debt, have successfully enjoyed 8 straight quarters of profitability, 2 million cash on hand and growing the company organically and exponentially. Their platform is sought after and the CEO has a plan for shareholders value. Just a quick look at the numbers based on today.....if the R/S happened now, we would have an O/S count of roughly 19 million and an A/S count of 40 million......your share count would be reduced and the price increased to roughly $1.26 per share. In other words, let's say, for an example, you owned 150 million shares @ .0084, post R/S, you would now own 1 million shares @ $1.26. I know that's a lot of shares but just using that to make a mental illustration for easier understanding for those not used to this R/S stuff. If you owned 1.5 million which is probably a more realistic amount for some, that would translate to 10,000 shares post R/S. The point is I want people to grasp and understand the way I am thinking. Why does one think there's been so much attention here and so much aggressive buying with an R/M coming down the pipe at some point? Like I said earlier, the word reverse split usually gives traders fits......but in our case, the biggest part of the reason is to uplist this profitable company to a higher exchange. So, back to the fact that we've seen increased prices and huge volume compared to normal, IMO, is because of this fact.......

First of all, you believe this company is badly undervalued based on the clean balance sheet and cash on hand of 2 million dollars and know that the current share structure is hurting shareholder's value. 2.85 billion shares outstanding are just too many. The company, by effecting the R/S, will be able to satisfy the price requirements to uplist and also tighten up the amount of shares available.......this should help the price per share moving forward, just by the supply and demand metrics.

Now, the real point I'm trying to make, and the most important point..... and also the reason we are seeing aggressive buys and a price increase.... with much more upside coming as well, IMO is this......

If you had a budget of 12k to put into this ticker, how could you grab your shares without driving the price up? That $12k would buy you 1.5 million shares at today's closing price for example. Not all that hard to do with 2.85 billion shares outstanding and about a 1.4 billion tradable float. Over the last few days, one was able to make strategic buys and accumulate those shares without the price moving too much. Now, let's say you want to wait to invest that $12k until the day the R/S is complete.......

Now you have only 19 million shares outstanding, about 8.5 million shares are tradable and a starting price of $1.26 (roughly)..... You want to invest that $12K here right.....

That would equate to buying 10,000 shares, post split. Do you think you could add that many shares, without driving the price much higher due to the fewer number available, and the price taking off? Not an easy task, in my opinion and probably impossible, without the price taking off.

That is my theory and thoughts as to why the ask will continue to get assaulted as it has been. Smart money will already have their shares in their pockets......sure the amount you own will go from 1.5 million down to 10,000, but the cost will be the same......$12K.....then you can sit back, stress free and watch the company and price grow exponentially. Best of luck everyone.....300,000 for me to get to my 1.5 million target. Monday is going to be crazy. I think .02 cents at least and maybe more.
