I have to agree. More than likely Mark had numerous conversations with the SEC. And the DOJ if there was any ethical SNAFU's. 25 years in business has had to mean something to him and his reputation. He has made zero public statements, so what are we supposed to think. Posters have seen this exact situation play out countless times, they would have you believe, and they may be correct about the outcome. I have NO idea, myself. This is not my industry and i honestly do not appreciate having to learn all i have had to about Arrayit and there Shenanigans over the years. I want to set it and forget it, collect my dough and move to the next show. This sucks. With the history of this particular company, i seriously doubt any mediating steps have even been in place or implemented. Our fate is known by most here, i just happen to have the time to hangout till next week for validation on the general consensus.
