That's because access to hospitals is limited to everyone not just PCTL but they still added 3 hospitals even with limited access.

Keep the facts straight because even Big Pharma can't access the hospitals for their clinical trials and have put most non-covid19 clinical trials on hold as a result of no access. The fact PCTL has been able to add hospitals considering the limited access is actually a huge vote of confidence since everyone else has been shut out of hospitals. Do some research as I'm heavily invested in pharma and biotech and the above statement is a fact.
