I honestly think the suspension lacks teeth/merits.
So they made an exaggerated/optimistic forecast of up to 525M units.

To me, it all comes down to the legitimacy of their product.
If the test can reveal results in 15 seconds as they said they can do, it is a clear market differentiation that warrants significantly higher stock price.

I've seen SEC halt trading of companies almost intentionally to kill the momentum and volatility of a stock based on frivolous wording of PR.

I think this is an overreaction by SEC and one Berman is capable of defending
