So, what do you expect that a company that has been granted a patent to actually expect?

Is it fair that procedural machinations can nullify the protections that the patent granted to you are supposed to afford?

It seems like the folks that grant patents, at the very least, have a lot of explaining to do.

I also seems unrealistically expedient to just dismiss as this a patent troll when they clearly have been awarded patents and have prevailed in court several times only to have everything reversed. Something does not seem right with this at all.
