Browdy is designated POA on the issued skin patent and three pending applications: The Condom, The Emulsions, and the MM#1. These three could receive a Notice of Allowance at any time.

The tablet is still technically with another law firm although Browdy has updated the Assignment tab with their name. Something is stopping this one from being "buttoned up" as I say. This is when the POA form, and the oaths from each inventor are in the Image File Wrapper tab. USPTO sent the abandoned notice for the tablet to the current law firm, not Browdy.

MM patent probably the only item pending on the BO PPS. Today will be 3 months+ since the patent apps has been in examination status.

The others patent apps are sitting back at Browdy's office.
--Condom patent apps--since 11/31/2019 almost 5 months
--Tablet patent apps--since 12/30/2019 almost 4 months

I'm a bit surprise that Browdy have not get the condom apps back to USPTO for examination after working on it for 5 months.

Tablet apps is approaching 4 months next week. Sure this apps may need more work.
