SEC Complaint Filing against Shorts,

I placed a complaint with the SEC site today.

https://www.sec.gov/whistleblower/submit-a-tip

This was due to the fact that RL continues make accusations and suggested working directly with the SEC against PRED. This cannot be allowed to continue. This begain in 08/19/2019 and continues till today. RL has also said they are working with the Hindenburg group to short and discredit PRED - directly and publicly stated.
