There's a reason none of their "plans" or "PRs" ever happen or progress. Theres nothing there.

Its fake. Its a hypothesis on paper. Thats all it is. Articles were written by the scammers. Binghamton trials magically ended with zero take away, not to mention Dr. Gall is no longer with the university.

There isn't a shred of evidence to the contrary. Their agreements magically turn into nothing. Its a scam. If it had potential, the patents wouldn't have been sold for 60k. The French Institute (a real group) would have progressed it. Not 2 scumbags in Montreal.
