"The State of Texas beta testing QDX HealthID to get back to work"

There have been 23,000 cases of c19 in Texas. There are 30 million people there. I doubt the health ID flies anywhere, but I can guarantee it's not flying in a state where less than 1/10th of 1% have been infected. Texas has already begun reopening.
