I think what has happened here was the SEC suspended a whole lot of companies that are involved with the virus. At last count I believe
it was 23. Now it is up to the companies to prove their cases
to the SEC. Preds case is a very unusual case. It concerns
the delivery of the kits and nothing else. I will bet anything
that all of the prior suspensions that put stocks on the grey sheets
there has never been one the same as preds case.

The suspensions were because of stock pump and dump,
not filing financials, lying about earnings, inventories, etc.

Pred has done none of the above.
