That is the ICING on the CAKE.

Just a few days ago the CEO writes a very thoughtful and well laid out letter to shareholders on how much he appreciates them and that he won't use his shares to DILUTE.

Then literally the next thing he does is file with the OTC that he is going to FLOOD the market with SGMD common shares.

I mean come on?

If you are going to kiss me on the cheek, JON SNOW, don't stab me with a knife.
