I disagree, here are the things it proves:

1) a deal with Total in 2017 over EEZ block 4 was consummated and before oil prices plunged in 2020.
2) The deal had to be better than the deal with Kosmos, or else ERHC would not have fought for it with Kosmos.
3) Someone paid for ERHC's litigation
4) Once Kosmos stands down, the only deal standing will be that deal with Total.
5) ERHC is not going bankrupt.
6) ERHC is mispriced in the market at only $1.5 million.
