So 2 1/2 year old redacted document and top erhc executive allegedly discussing this matter of a deal with Total in private phone call with individual investor, yet no mention of anything about it to the public. Why is that?

Also no public announcement from erhc of plans to bring financials up to date and resume complying with SEC regulations yet, allegedly, those matters were also discussed during this private phone call between erhc top exec and private investor.

One has to wonder if this alleged phone call ever took place, and if it did why no public statements from the company? Why only this selective disclosure of such important information to one person?

I don't believe any of it. Based on the share price and volume no one else does either.
