My understanding is an ex Director on the CTDT BOD is whom sold by far most of the near 2 Million shares sold in this time frame. There have been some legal efforts to thwart his selling of shares by the Company. They were likely awarded to him previously at very low cost for some consideration of some value or service to the company. Since he is no longer on the Board he does not have to report the sales as an insider.

Many have taken advantage to acquire his shares at these low prices, including myself.
