I can provide a copy of the Freedom of Information Act request to the Clark County School District and the district's 7/21/06 written response: Data Commodities had no contract with Clark County School District, nor did RSPG. The press release, issued by RSPG, Data Commodities and Maxwell (knowingly or unknowingly) was totally, 100% false, based on the district's response. No retraction was issued. I think if you or I misspoke, we would acknowledge it and apologize.
Go to the RSPG web site today and you can read the 6/13/06 press release: "Royal Spring Water Received a Signed Purchase Order for $6,493,530 from Togo, Africa." No follow-up that the purchase order is null and void.
Read the 4/24/06 quote from Phil Restifo (Data Commodities) regarding a signed contract with RSPG: "We have orders for millions of water pouches which will be supplied to us through this agreement."
Regarding the Ferris Holding contract, google "structured water."
Read RSPG's press releases and you may see the cramerish errors.
On the other hand, I am almost "unshaken" by Mr. Goldstein and Mr. Hazan. It's the others that are worrisome.
If RSPG can't sell major contracts within a few months, there is no reason believe that they will be a "going concern."
Before that happens, I think the Canadian investors and others will pull the rug out and walk away with substantial profits, which they may already be doing.
RSPG: you have to quickly sign some big contracts, and your backgrounds are evidence that you can do it.
