I think Market Makers and Day Traders (primarily Shorters) have moved onto more profitable Opportunities. Why Risk makin pennies on a stock trading under a buck with low volume and little to no movement (3-5 cents a day), when there are huge opportunities brought about by Blue Chippers being beaten down by the Covid-19 onslaught
