The SEC suspension for any ticker including DECN by law can only last for 10 days, no longer. It doesnt matter what the FDA does or doesnt do trading will begin on May 8th for DECN by matched trades only without any public bids/asks available.
The SEC order did not request any proof from DECN.
The SEC would have already done an investigation prior to the suspension. They just don't throw a dart at a board.

Which makes this pretty mind blowing.

DECN would likely have known therefore that it was under SEC investigation. If so, why would it issue 2 PRs back to back and announce USA Lab testing to occur within 2 weeks if they didn't have a product that works? That would be putting the nail in ones own coffin.

And one the other hand, why does the SEC suspension only quote "perfected technology" (do they think that means the tests have to be 100% accurate in all situations or this is reason to shut them down?) and the other quote "up to 525M" kits.

If Berman has said, we have a test kit that we think will be as accurate or more accurate than any other and we expect to sell milions of kits, would DECN not have been suspended?

Can't wrap my head around what is truly going on. Hopefully we get some type of statement from company within next couple of days.

But thanks to all who have taken the time to put out a lot of data regarding the legal ins and outs of the current situation. It is much appreciated.
