I looked on the financials on $SEGN https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SEGN/profile and there is not that much debt on the books but with a little bit of toxic on the books that would make sense. But, it looks like a conversion happened. But, Wow, you’re right, the more I look at the $SEGN chart it seems to be trading like a Steve Hicks or an Asher/Kramer is trading this stock.....

But a lot of these companies like $SEGN that are real companies with real revenues can support that once the chart finds bottom and the shares will get chewed through. Some of those deals really DO take off to the moon!
