Those questions relate to, among other things, (i) DECN’s
statements claiming to have “technology perfected” to allow it to manufacture and sell a
COVID-19 test kit that would provide results “in 15 seconds, based on a small finger
prick blood sample,” and (ii) DECN’s sales forecasts for the COVID-19 test kit that up to
525 million test kits would be sold in the first year of production.

So the suspension is mainly based on 1. whether or not the test kits work (up to company to submit and provide proof with testing within next 2 weeks).
2. projection of sales for which they said "up to" 525M kits. Any number under 525M kits meets that criteria, so what is the issue. Everyone should be able to weigh how many kits would be on the table.

If the test kits work and they provide that info to the SEC, what happens? Anyone know?
