We should not jump to any conclusion so quickly because of the trading suspension.

A similar story happened to INO because of a complaint, and at the end the SEC found nothing wrong and resumed trading, but the halt disrupted the momentum of the stock. The complainant succeeded with just that. The SEC did that to INO because INO CEO said his scientist was able to do something fast in the lab for 3 hours. The SEC suspended trading for half a day and released it.

AS far as mass production of DECN test kits, the company always has the south korean friends to help them with the production. That is the easy part because they already have the production line set up for the blood glucose Genirol products and must not be that difficult to switch over to the manufacturing of COVID-19 Genirol tests.

I would not jump to any conclusion if I were you. The SEC is taking its sweet time with the investigation. DEC technology is novel and the SEC without the technical expertise will take a longer time to understanding it.

The company now has to provide the SEC with evidence to back up what they claimed. At the end, the SEC will release the suspension.
What I do not like is that the progress is disrupted and many American lives is at risk without this novel test. This caused inconvenience to Investors of DECN as well
