MinervaWorks business was booming before COVID-19 and will boom even harder during COVID-19 and after COVID-19 crisis.

Rodney Bowers on LinkedIn:

I am pleased to announce that MinervaWorks' commitment to industry-recognized certifications is paying off - we've been named with a Microsoft Silver Cloud Platform competency within the Microsoft Partner Network. Congratulations to the MinervaWorks team for achieving this new level of competency !

We're helping several clients with planning related to continuity in their IT services in the event of the expanded adverse effects from COVID-19 . Key areas such as remote access, remote application performance, licensing needs, cyber security risks, monitoring and management and costs, all must be considered for an effective plan.

Teleworking, VPN's, change of attitude and culture on a corporate level.

It is interesting to see how people are responding to the work-from-home experience forced upon them by the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency. Many were not prepared. Yes, the technology is available, works well and people are connected to their resources. But as we watch the network and VPN metrics, we see much less traffic than when if those resources were at work, the systems are not taxed nor are the standard tickets and service requests counts close to "normal". Leads one to wonder if the employee efficiencies are down, collaboration/interaction may not happening and if people are just focused on other things. Companies need to understand that WFH strategies are more than technology, more than the IT teams' problem and requires a corporate shift in both attitude and culture.

$XALL doesn't belong in subpenny region, and next week we'll be cruising down pennylane.
