Hi 64ss, that is the current date. There is no “merger” on our side. MSSV is acquiring GSCG, for the which LAHO shareholders will get Preferred Shares in MSSV going forward. As to when those shares convert or to when you take any loss or write-offs is something we encourage you to get the advice of a professional financial advisor.
