One thing is clear: a continued fight with ERHC over block 4 is not the 'first priority' on their minds anymore, right now. And that bodes well for us. I think they throw in the towel for block 4.

If we look at Tullow, they also sold of some properties yesterday, just to get a handle on the debt issue.

And regarding Krom's quote:


And maybe this will be a buyout deal after all...think about it...if you're Total and you're taking out the EEZ from Kosmos...why not just also buy out ERHC? And take out the JDZ in which you, Total, have a lot of interest in adjacent blocks.



If you wonder to whom Tullow oil sold there Uganda assets... indeed: to TOTAL E & P. So they are not reluctant to be in 'buying-mode' these days.
