The Americase partnership news is quite significant, as they handle 70% of all packaging of damaged, defective, or recalled lithium-ion battery business in the US. This is done through their entity thebatterybag.com

Americase will be incorporating KULR's Thermal Runaway Shield (TRS) technology into their packaging solutions. This is the same core technology that was used to ship and store laptop batteries aboard the International Space Station. It's also this same core tech that was being tested by a tier-1 medical device manufacturer, automakers, and other as reported in their company presentation.

Moving foward, in my opinion, it will be important to get a better understanding of the significance KULR's TRS technology with respect to it's large scale commercial applicability in the shipping and logistics market as a packaging solution for shipping batteries. This is a big market. Also, it will be important to understand how significant of a role it will play, if at all, as a battery enclosure/battery pack solution used in electronics, electric vehicles, medical devices, etc. Outside of the Americase deal, which is it's first real commercial application, TRS still seems to be in the product testing/development phase for these other markets. Time will tell if the Company prove to be successful in other arenas. Nonetheless, I believe the Americase deal to be a big milestone for the Company, validating it's TRS technology as commercially viable, with a lot of upside potential for being the best way to ship and store lithium ion batteries (in the present day).

Outside of TRS, the Company is also working on commercializing its other cooling technologies (FTI product) for electronics and electric products: https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2019/11/14/1947432/0/en/KULR-Technology-to-Collaborate-with-Global-Tier-1-Power-Tool-Manufacturer-for-New-Line-of-Performance-Products.html

Let's see how this unfolds.
