I believe I've won this bet (below), yes? I'm not sure exactly, though, as I sold my shares a number of months ago and don't follow very closely since then. Can anyone clear it up for me?

Chuck, I have a better idea. Let's bet about a spin-off this year. Whaddya say? I say we get one this year. You say we don't, right? If we get one, you post here and admit to everyone that you often try too hard to spin things to suit your negative agenda and/or hardon for Verges. Deal?
