Is there anything to the speculation that the strain that has hit Europe and the U.S. is more virulent than the one that was/is circulating in Asia?

Appears to be true that the strain in NE has higher viremia in vitro. But not clear how that maps to in vivo. That said, I’d be surprised if, in 3 months, we don’t know with fair certainty that strain x is much more deadly, and strain y much more infectious. But we don’t know yet.
