Buck just called me back. I gave him a real piece of my mind. He was respectful but didn't tell me anything. He claimed they had done an investigation, which they hadn't. I asked him repeatedly if he had contacted company before taking the action, he declined to answer repeatedly. I asked if he was going to investigate Anderson, he asked me to submit a complaint without answering the question.

It was just company line, but I gave him some lines to investigate. Anderson, I asked if they had talked to the FDA, he wouldn't answer, but maybe he will call now.

He said 211 is not necessary if they lift the suspension with 3 or 5 days, he couldn't remember which. I said who is going to fill the 211 if there has been a suspension, he said there are mms who will.

He also gave an example of a company who they lifted the suspension and was restored. I made the point that the action in and of itself had real world repercussions that a simple lifting wouldn't resolve and they had a responsibility to see that they were right before taking action.

It is true that federal investigation agencies have the responsibility to keep investigations secret unless they are bringing charges, so I understand why he wouldn't answer, but man, I didn't realize how pissed I am until I talked to him.
