Think you’re right – NP knows who he’s dealing with - large corrupt bureaucracies, such as the FDA, need to be treated with kid-gloves and they expect to be kowtowed to. They behave as the over-controlling, despotic organizations that they are. The FDA has the undeserved power to squash small companies, such as Cytodyn, like a bug, since they’re not a BP player with $Billions to throw around.
