That said, I had a very good conversation with Ben yesterday, as he had responded to some emails I had sent him and thought a phone call would be easier than back-and-forth on email.

He shares some of our frustrations, and what's great is he is having a meeting, either today or tomorrow, with the whole management team, and he is planning to share with them the criticisms and feedback that he has been receiving...one of which was my thoughts about a marketing person on staff.

I'm hoping he's able to passionately deliver this feedback well enough that KT et al will finally hear it.
