So there is no proof. Just as we all knew.
Proof we do know is this company is under investigation for revocation.
Hasnt filed financials in over 2-3 years.
It has wiped out investor value 3 times.
There is no office to contact them and the phones arent working.
Plus a host of other issues.

Good time to invest I would personally say. You disagree?

You could wait for these things to be resolved, but I would personally not advocate that strategy, IF I had an interest in going long on ERHC.

Investors who are interested in ERHC, like we all are over here, sooner of later have to make a decision.
