Right now the only thing besides the merger not being finalized yet is the fact that we don't have those #'s. Yes, I find it odd that they didn't include them in the filings. I have no clue as to why they didn't or why other companies do. Must not be mandatory.

If DDI's shares are restricted and the other 31 mil shares aren't added until April then it won't bother me with only 7.8 mil out to the public and half of those may be tied up as well.

But yes, I am concerned about the unknown. Will hopefully feel better once they make the merger and name change official and we all get to see there #'s.
