Management retained an equity partner to grow the business, which is a legit strategy. US Equity Holdings will find them better retail distribution exposure (online and retail) and get these products rolling on a truly national scale.

Obviously, they aren't wasting their time and have a stake in the success. This price could go legit in the coming weeks and months. Those of you with big holdings could see some real $, I hope.
