IMO, if a DECN EUA Authorization were to be rejected by the FDA, the investors would not hear about it for quite some time. Gotta give the insiders and the "chosen" time to dump shares. It is very likely any form of FDA rejection would not be disclosed until DECN posts its next quarterly financial report. This quarter's report will not be posted on OTC Market until August 15, 2020.
