Technically the reverse split by itself doesn't change anything but make it a very low float stock, in short term reality.

1000 shares now = 1 share after split
1000 shares x.0003 = 30 cents
1 share at a new price of .3 = .30 cents

Hence the RS absolutely does nothing to stock value.

It's the panic selling that causes the value to go down and what the company actually does. Unfortunately most stinky pinkies (99.9) just increase AS and continue dilution which kills the value after rs.

Will it be different here probably not but their is a 1 to 10% chance it might since they own 270M restricted shares.

If they have good news with RS and dont keep AS at 1B, with 750K shares outstanding could get interesting.

I can see waiting for company update to decide as probability not in our favor :( Especially when CEO has been worthless in everyway.
