It has been brought to my attention that you continue to
use my name RLM and statements of “Your Leader”.

You also feel you have the right to modify the United
States Governments, Securities & Exchange
Commissions Non-Public Investigation into a fraud
investigation.

In fact your use of the word fraud is questionable
in several areas. I have given you advance warnings
in the past about crossing the line.

I’m going to recommend to SeaView Management
that they pursue litigation against you. I will join
that process. You may think that you can post
lies under the protection of the First Amendment,
but I suggest you seek legal advise.

Please inform your lawyer that you have admitted
your intentions are to bring SeaView and me
down. You also own zero stock.

We are aware of who you are. I would take the
words Govern Yourself Accordingly very
serious.
