What I can tell you is your Joe Blow retail brokers like your amertrades, etrades you will not fund shares. I suggest looking googling into offshore brokers. You will be paying quite a lot to get shares to short but its worth it. Minimum account needed is 100k. I will not list specific one here in public or everyone would do it and there would be no shares to find in inventory.

Most OTC/ pinks are pump and dumps and always come down viciously. I only do for a day trade. Thank God I covered this a couple weeks ago and made a little bit. Now its time to decimate this.
