In prior conference calls , the Nasdaq was always mentioned as the target for an uplisting.
Why is it then that the recent filing by ELTP mentions ONLY the NYSE, Multiple times. Why NYSE standards and not the OTC or Nasdaq standards.
Besides , the article passed 823 million to 54 million (number represents both no and abstain votes together. Someone is raising a hair splitting contention that only slows down the inevitable.....Buyout-merger.
Did I mention that Lannett is on the NYSE.....hmmm.
