Dismissing all the lawsuits would be ruinous for every shareholder, common or JPS. The Secret Squirrel Plan is moronic.

The lawsuits are headed towards a settlement being considered by Milbank and Houlihan-Lokey, IMO. Need the Capital Plan first, then an announcement... likely in Q3.
