The full ratchet warrants he's referring too let's us know that the lower the price the more shares they get. That's probably why the raised the OS to 500 mil because they didn't know how low the share price was going to go. At 2.50 conversion price down to .01 they could have started out with a million shares now they have 250 million because of the warrants
