I will contacting the SEC inspector tomorrow. Regardless of your opinion of me. i have been the editor of www.saadvisory.com since 1984. Most know that
we first recommended PRED last March-April 2019 and we have never received any payment for our recommendation.
I intend to offer my support to PRED and make sure that they understand
the HB motive, the naked shorting, the miss information created on Ihub as well just released Market Watch memo quoting HB and creating a guilty scenario . The SEC twisted the PRED pressers and i will offer all of evidence that exist about the sloppy assumptions that the SEC has offered.
There appears to be actual collusion between the SEC and HB. I will bet my life that HB contacted the SEC about both worx and pred so as to benefit
from negative news on PRED especially. (WORX-appears very questionable)
HB shorts stocks and will say anything to create a negative opinion of a specific stock and in this case it has been PRED
