Exactly.

I recently speculated in one of my posts when it was that shorts/naked shorts realized they weren’t going to be able to kill PRED with their current strategy. It had become abundantly clear there were powers and big buyers in place that could and would handle the seemingly endless shorting (some of it quite substantial) being dished out.

We had become locked in a pattern of PRED growing substantially as a company - a positive PR being released, w/a slight pop in pps, followed by the slow drip of pps by shorts more or less back to where we started. But it was clear the power buyers would only let the price fall so far, and then the support would come in, often convincingly.

And it was also clear to those of us longs that saw this pattern, and were aware of what we really owned, that time was indeed on our side. And as PRED management continued to execute, the writing was in fact on the wall the pps was going to start significantly going up, and going up to stay.

Well, guess what? The shorts saw it too. Well, the smart shorts saw it anyway.

And so......what choices did the shorts have, factoring in how buried they are? Do nothing and watch yourself go down hard? Unlikely, considering how much they have invested - both in terms of time and finances.

It made more sense to try something like this of course - an extremely desperate move, but there really wasn’t any other choice, considering the hole they had dug. Considering how many covid19 test companies (approximately 19 I believe) are being investigated by the SEC, it sure sounds like PRED would have been lumped in with the big group anyway.

So, here’s PRED’s chance to prove to all of the world they are in fact the gold standard when it comes to their AB Assurance covid19 antibody test. And the SEC themselves will end up giving PRED their stamp of approval. Sweet.

So while having a stock temporarily suspended is obviously not an ideal situation, these are hardly normal times. The SEC is looking at many companies w/the exact same microscope. The SEC is going to take a good solid look at all of these covid19 test companies, and compare what they’re bringing to the table as well as who has and hasn’t been submitting 8k’s w/PRED and what they’ve been doing?! Lol. I’ll take that opportunity in a heartbeat.
