"The SEC will make the decision to do this based on AN investigation and will then issue a press release detailing the reason for the suspension. During the ten day period, the SEC will not comment publicly on the status of the investigation"

Remember: The SEC suspended trading in PRED due to "QUESTIONS regarding the accuracy and adequacy of information in the marketplace." Perhaps they have valid reasons (perhaps based on misinformation provided to them) to question the veracity of PREDs PR statements, especially when there are so many trying to take advantage of this crisis.

The investigation is ONGOING i.e. NOT COMPLETE and
I fully expect the answers to those QUESTIONS to completely exonerated PRED by the end of this. If there is any dip in the PPS at the resumption of trading, I will have had plenty of time to reload in order to add to my position.
